How do I place an order?
Use our online order form or email us directly. A 50% deposit secures your place in our production queue, and the balance is due the week prior to shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship across North America and internationally. Remote and off-grid locations are welcome—let us know where you are, and we’ll find a way to get it to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies by location and product size. We offer flat rate shipping to many U.S. states and Canadian provinces for select items. You can get a shipping quote by entering your address at checkout or contacting us directly.
How will the order arrive?
Orders are typically shipped flat-packed in a custom built plywood crate with detailed instructions for easy assembly. Delivery is curbside via freight.
Assembled shipping is available for additional charge.
What are your lead times?
Estimated lead times are:
• Soaking tubs & cold plunges: 6–8 weeks
• Hot tubs: 10–12 weeks
• Saunas: 12–14 weeks
• Cisterns: Quoted per project
Lead times begin once your 50% deposit is received and may vary with seasonality and demand.
Do you offer a warranty?

Do you offer Trade Pricing?
We work with architects, designers, and builders. Trade pricing and volume discounts are available—please reach out to inquire.
Do you offer discounts for content creators or influencers?
We’re open to partnerships with creators who align with our values and aesthetic. If you have a strong following in the wellness, design, or outdoor lifestyle space, reach out with your media kit or collaboration idea—we’d love to hear from you.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Can I customize my product?
Yes. We offer a variety of sizes, stove options, finishes, and accessories. Reach out if you have something specific in mind—we love custom work.
What kind of wood do you use?
We use sustainably sourced Western Red Cedar from British Columbia. It’s naturally rot-resistant, aromatic, and perfect for outdoor soaking and sauna experiences.
All of our tubs are constructed exclusively with vertical grain wood, which is the most stable and comfortable when using our tubs.
Do your products come with heating or cooling systems?
Hot tubs: internal wood-fired, electric heaters, gas heaters
Cold plunges: Coldture Pro Chiller (also heats)
Soaker Tub: external wood-fired or electric heater
Saunas: wood or electric stove options available

Are your products off-grid friendly?
Absolutely. Many customers use our saunas and tubs in off-grid cabins and remote locations. We offer wood-fired and propane-compatible options and can help you configure for your power setup.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes—by appointment. Seeing the materials and craftsmanship firsthand is a great way to experience what we do.

Our products are designed for easy self-assembly, but in some areas we can coordinate professional installation. Ask us what's available near you.
How do I maintain my hot tub or sauna?
Maintenance is straightforward. We provide care instructions for each product. Basic upkeep includes cleaning, maintaining water quality, checking for leaks, and refreshing finishes when needed, if stained.
